WORK WITH ME
This work begins where pretending ends.
The work I offer is not about fixing yourself, controlling behavior, or forcing change.
It is about cultivating awareness, inner authority, and a compassionate relationship with yourself — especially in the places where struggle has lived the longest.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
This work is for women who sense that their relationship with food, body, and self is not simply behavioral—but deeply connected to how they listen inwardly, respond to emotion, and move through life transitions.
You may resonate with this work if:
you feel disconnected from your inner voice or self-trust
emotional eating patterns no longer respond to willpower alone
you’ve tried strategies, plans, or rules — yet still sense something deeper is missing
you want awareness and alignment, not another system to follow
you’re open to exploring change from the inside out
HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT
Most approaches focus on behavior.
This work focuses on what is underneath.
When who you are is no longer abandoned, behavior begins to reorganize naturally.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that lasting transformation begins with awareness — not force.
Rather than trying to override behaviors, we explore what they are responding to.
We cultivate the ability to listen inwardly, respond consciously, and meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.
This work recognizes you as a Soul having a human experience — and honors the intelligence within that process.
Transformation does not always arrive as a dramatic breakthrough.
More often, it begins quietly.
A subtle inner sensation.
A recurring thought.
A phrase that almost fits, but not quite. In this work, those moments are not dismissed.
They are awareness in motion.
HOW INSIGHT REFINES ITSELF
When language, perception, or understanding becomes slightly misaligned with inner truth, the mind and body continue to signal it — sometimes gently, sometimes persistently — until greater clarity emerges.
Rather than correcting or pushing past these signals, we stay present with them.
Through awareness, reflection, and precise language, insight gradually refines itself.
As understanding becomes more accurate, the system settles. What once felt confusing, irritating, or emotionally charged often begins to resolve naturally — without force.
This is how transformational insight works.
Eating behaviors respond in much the same way. When emotional truth is brought into conscious awareness, behavior no longer needs to repeat itself in order to be heard.
Transformation, in this space, is not about fixing yourself.
It is about recognizing what is true clearly enough that it no longer needs to insist.
THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THIS WORK
Transformation rarely begins with dramatic breakthroughs.
More often, it begins with awareness.
A phrase that almost fits.
An explanation that feels close—but not quite true.
A quiet inner sensation or recurring thought that continues to surface.
In this work, those signals are not problems to be corrected.
They are awareness refining itself.
When language, perception, or understanding is slightly misaligned with inner truth, the mind and body continue to signal until clarity emerges. Rather than overriding those signals, we slow down and listen.
As awareness becomes more precise, insight naturally deepens. What once felt confusing or irritating often resolves on its own—without force.
This is the foundation of transformational insight.
Emotional Eating responds in the same way. When emotional truth becomes clear, behavior no longer needs to repeat itself to be heard.
Transformation, in this space, is not about fixing.
It is about recognizing what is true—clearly enough that it no longer needs to insist.
INTRODUCING FEAT & SAVOR
Over time, this work evolved into two integrated approaches:
Focused Eating Awareness Techniques (FEAT) and the SAVOR approach.
Rather than systems to follow, they are awareness-based frameworks that support women in slowing down, listening inwardly, and developing a more conscious relationship with their eating behaviors, emotional patterns, and self-concept.
The emphasis is not on perfection, but on presence.
What Women Often Experience Through This Work
Every woman’s journey is unique, but many women begin to notice meaningful shifts as their awareness deepens.
These often include:
• A calmer relationship with food and eating behaviors
• Greater emotional awareness before reacting
• Increased trust in their inner voice
• Reduced cycles of self-criticism
• A stronger sense of personal authority
• Greater emotional stability during life transitions
• A more compassionate relationship with themselves
Rather than relying on willpower, women begin to experience a quieter confidence that comes from deeper awareness.
Paths for Working Together
Transformation is not linear, and support does not look the same for everyone.
Some women begin with a single conversation.
Others feel called into deeper coaching, guided programs, or ongoing exploration.
Whether you are seeking clarity around emotional eating behaviors, self-concept, emotional awareness, or inner transformation, this work is designed to meet you where you are.
You are invited to begin in the way that feels most aligned for you.
(1) Individual Growth Support (1:1)
Private sessions designed around your experiences, goals, and pace.
Private sessions designed around your experiences, goals, and personal process.
This space is designed for women seeking individualized support, deeper self-awareness, and a more conscious relationship with themselves and their eating behaviors.
Together, we explore what is beneath the surface — gently, honestly, and in a way that honors your process.
The intention is not perfection, but greater clarity, emotional awareness, and sustainable inner change.
(2) The AWE Mastermind Group
Align - Want - Embody
AWE emerged from a simple but powerful realization:
We do not stop wanting what we truly want.
Even when desires become quiet beneath responsibility, time, disappointment, or self-doubt, something deeper within us often continues remembering.
The desire plants the seed.
Life begins rearranging us through experiences, choices, challenges, growth, and becoming.
Over time, we shed layers, deepen in awareness, and gradually become the version of ourselves capable of receiving what once felt distant.
This is the essence of AWE:
Align
with what calls to you — sometimes before you fully have language for it.
Want
without apology, even when the desire becomes quiet for a season.
Embody
through the lived process of choosing, growing, healing, and becoming.
The AWE Mastermind Group is a space for women committed to personal growth, expansion, self-leadership, and meaningful transformation.
Together, women gather in intentional community to reflect, share insight, support one another, and remain connected to what they are becoming.
Something powerful happens when women come together with honesty, awareness, and a shared commitment to growth.
Not through competition or performance — but through encouragement, reflection, accountability, and collective wisdom.
Best suited for women seeking:
connection and shared reflection
accountability and personal growth
deeper alignment with themselves and their vision
supportive community with like-minded women
The intention:
Deeper insight, shared awareness, and embodied transformation.
(3) 8-Week Expansion Journey
This guided experience is designed for women who are ready to deepen their awareness, shift long-standing emotional patterns, and develop a more conscious relationship with themselves and their eating behaviors.
Over the course of eight weeks, participants are supported through reflective practices, transformational teachings, emotional awareness work, and the integration of the FEAT and SAVOR approaches.
Each week builds gently upon the next — creating space for greater clarity, self-understanding, and sustainable inner change.
This is not about forcing transformation.
It is about learning how to listen differently, respond more consciously, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper and more honest way.
Throughout the journey, women are invited to:
slow down and become more aware of their inner experience
explore emotional eating behaviors with greater compassion and understanding
strengthen self-awareness and emotional clarity
develop practices that support embodiment and lasting transformation
The intention is not perfection, but presence, awareness, and meaningful inner change.
